As the first person our guest meet, you will represent the hotel's dedication to Marriott's brand and service excellence by providing a welcoming and friendly smile with the utmost professionalism. You will assist guest with thier luggage and packages upon arrival and departure exceeding expectations and arranging transportation when needed.You will also be running shuttle van between hotel and local sites within a 2-Mile radius of our location per guest request as needed.To be successful in this role, the candidate will understand the importance of arriving each day with the personal appearance expected at a full-service hotel, and exhibit an eagerness to provide proactive assistance and services to every guest.This position has a wage of $15.00/hour with no CDL plus tips and $16.00/hour with CDL plus tips.Duties of Bellman:
  • The ability to move luggage carts weighing up to 200lbs, the ability to lift and carry boxes/luggage up to 75lbs required
  • Follow established hotel safety protocols and procedures at all times
  • Is familiar with the layout of the hotel and memorize the preferred route for escorting guests
  • Rooms the guest in accordance with hotel standards
  • Provides information to guests about the hotel facilities and services
  • Stock the mountain store and put away inventory for store when it arrives
  • During down times, ensure that task pending get completed
  • Assist guests checking in or out with their baggage, answering questions, making deliveries
  • Recognizes customers immediately with a warm and hospitable welcome
  • Responds to inquiries with accurate information regarding location specific features and services
  • Coordinates with Guest Services staff regarding daily VIP arrivals and special guests
Duties of a Driver Attendant:
  • Connects with guests with a dynamic and engaging personality.
  • Responds to guests' needs with urgency and follow-through.
  • Impresses guests with prompt and professional service.
  • Maintain security of vehicles and vehicle keys.
  • Have advanced knowledge of the immediate physical location and surrounding areas of interest and activities
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the drive and parking areas.

QualificationsRequirements:
  • Must be at least 21 years old.
  • Valid driver's license with at least 3 years' driving experience
  • Must pass a mandatory drug test
  • Must pass a criminal background check
  • No MAJOR violations (DUI, reckless driving, negligent homicide) in the past 7 years
  • No more than two MINOR violations in the past year (accident, speeding)
  • No license suspension or revocation in the last 3 years
  • Flexible availability (evening and weekend shifts)
  • Frequent running, standing, stooping, lifting, and climbing stairs.
  • Continually standing for long periods of time, up to an entire shift
  • Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
  • Exposed to winter and summer temperature extremes.
  • Must speak and write fluent English.
