- Perform subcontract administrator duties in support of the program.
- Proactively handle the complete procurement life-cycle for assigned items from identification/shaping of initial product purchases, preparing request for proposal packages, review of offers, price analysis, negotiations, order placement, delivery status, and tracking hardware and data deliverables for assigned subcontracts through closure.
- In this role, you are a self-starter, goal-oriented, and able to build relationships with various suppliers, internal customers, and peers to achieve desired goals.
- The subcontract administrator will be able to resolve supplier performance issues, dissolve internal programmatic issues that may affect supplier performance, and communicate those concerns, updating the status successfully with peers and management.

- Bachelors degree from an accredited college or equivalent experience/combined education.
- 7+ years of professional experience
- Professional experience in supply chain or contracts or proposals, and/or any other related areas.
- Previous professional experience with acquisition policies and procedures associated with FAR / DFAR requirements.
- Ability to travel ~50%.
- You will need to be a US Citizen, and be able to obtain and maintain a US DoD SECRET clearance, to support this government contract, as well as successfully pass a drug and background check, in order to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

- 9+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain Management (i.e… Procurement, Subcontract Administration, Subcontract Management, Negotiation, proposal, and/or Category Management).
- Highly developed critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
- Proven negotiation skills;
- Familiarity with LMAP and Government contracting;
- Familiarity with SAP/P2P enterprise resource planning software;
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet program/customer needs;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where adapting to change quickly is essential; and great attention to detail;
- Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills;
- Proven exceptional strategic communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, as well as program and executive management, with an ability to persuade and motivate action.
