Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to oversee general accounting operations and ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information. This role involves managing day-to-day accounting tasks, preparing financial statements, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statementsManage general ledger accounting, including journal entries, account reconciliations, and accrualsMonitor and analyze accounting data to produce financial reports and forecastsEnsure timely and accurate month-end and year-end close processesCoordinate audits and liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodiesMaintain compliance with GAAP, tax laws, and internal financial policiesSupport budgeting and forecasting activitiesIdentify areas for process improvements and implement best practicesAssist with tax filings, payroll, and other financial duties as requiredRequirementsQualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA or CMA preferred)4+ years of accounting experience (public and/or corporate)Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reportingProficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite)Advanced Excel skills and familiarity with financial databasesExcellent analytical and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and organizational skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPreferred Attributes:CPA or CMA certificationExperience in healthcare, med-tech, or manufacturingFamiliarity with ERP systems and financial modelingBenefitsEach Ourly consultant received 120 hours of accrued PTO along with a 401K plan with a 3% company contribution.
