- Provide support to the Chairman and his office during non-business hours including nights and weekends.
- Carries out responsibilities with professionalism, confidentiality, integrity and with respect for others, in accordance with our core values.
- Helps coordinate effective operations of Chairman's office including reception, document preparation & control, internal communications and general office maintenance.
- Provides administrative and secretarial support to the Chairman, all in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prioritizes mail and incoming calls.
- Coordinates calendar, organizes travel, schedules arrangements for the Chairman, staff, business partners and customers
- Includes initiating contact and securing appointments, equipment and facilities as appropriate
- Secures flights, hotel accommodations, ground transportation and other travel needs for the Chairman, WWT board members and other partners and customers. Prepare itineraries.
- Coordinates all gifting related activities to support corporate, partner, community and personal relationships throughout the year
- Drafts and sends correspondence on behalf of the Chairman
- Assists with planning and staffing various community, corporate and personal events throughout the year.
- Assists with multiple projects as assigned by the Chairman related to diverse lines of business, community, and personal interests with inter-related activities and relationships.
- Supports the management of season tickets for multiple St. Louis venues and coordinates distribution to employees
- Complete expense reconciliations for Chairman’s expenses.
- Occassional travel to support events.
