Timely and professional handling of all requests is essential.Customer Service:Deliver outstanding customer service and build positive relationships with visitors, prospects, residents, neighbors, community members, schools, and city departments.Maintain professionalism in workmanship, communication, personal appearance, organization, and reporting.Participate in company training and keep all insurances and licenses current.Grounds & Property Maintenance:Conduct daily property walkthroughs to ensure all areas are functional, safe, and well-maintained, supporting maximum curb appeal.Maintain cleanliness and safety across offices, common areas, stairwells, exteriors, basements, grounds, and models.Identify and address potential liability issues related to property maintenance.Administrative Duties:Complete work orders promptly, professionally, and courteously, ensuring thorough cleanup after each task.Document and bill residents for any damages caused by neglect or misuse, including collecting photos and proof as needed.Collaborate with leasing office to coordinate service requests and optimize resident satisfaction.Maintain an organized and safe maintenance shop and storage areas.Comply with all codes, legal, OSHA, and safety regulations.The activities listed above may not be all inclusive.
