Job Description:A/V Installer – Control4 Programmer – Account ManagerIES Residential is seeking a full-time Audio Video Installer, Programmer, Account Manager to join our dynamic team. We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused professionals eager to grow with us. This role offers abundant opportunities for advancement and the chance to gain firsthand experience in one of the fastest-growing industries within the residential construction market.Successful candidates will be driven to continuously learn and explore new technologies while installing, troubleshooting, and working directly with customers across a wide range of projects, including Home Theater, Distributed Audio/Video, Home Automation, Surveillance, and Security systems.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and collaborate with a team of technicians.Deliver, install, and program A/V and control system equipment, including racks, projectors, displays, speakers, and home automation devices.Run cabling through walls, ceilings, and floors; terminate cables using compression, crimp, and other methods.Configure and integrate inputs/outputs for home entertainment and automation systems.Read and interpret electronic schematics and architectural blueprints.Troubleshoot and service hardware, A/V, and control systems.Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and codes.Maintain strong customer relationships with professionalism and technical expertise.

Specific QualificationsQualificationsEducation: Some college preferred.Experience:4+ years of relevant industry experience.2+ years of Control4 home automation recommended.Customer service and/or sales experience a plus.Skills & Requirements:Willingness and eagerness to learn.Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work on ladders, and use power tools.Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.Ability to pass a drug test.CompensationHourly pay: $25 – $35 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.License RequiredYes
