- Project Management:
- Manage electrical projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and team members to ensure project requirements are met.
- Monitor project progress and implement solutions to address challenges or delays.
- Building Electrical Systems Design:
- Design and analyze electrical systems for industrial buildings, including power distribution, lighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Ensure designs comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations.
- Conduct load calculations, system layouts, and feasibility studies.
- Drafting and Documentation:
- Prepare project documentation, including specifications, reports, and as-built drawings.
- Update designs based on project changes and feedback.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field.
- Certification: Professional Engineering (PE) license or ability to obtain within one year.
- Experience: 8-10 years’ experience, with proven experience managing electrical projects in the building systems sector.
- Knowledge: Proficiency in AutoCAD and strong understanding of electrical codes, standards, and practices (e.g., NEC, IEEE, NFPA).
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
- Travel: Willingness to travel up to 40%.
