Learn more about us at .We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead our team of Business Development Representatives (BDRs) in driving pipeline growth for our IT solutions portfolio. This role blends strategic leadership with hands-on coaching to ensure our team consistently delivers high-quality leads, meets pipeline targets, and aligns closely with marketing and sales to accelerate revenue growth.You'll be accountable for team performance, pipeline health, and the professional growth of your reps-playing a critical role in shaping our go-to-market success.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of BDRs to consistently meet and exceed pipeline creation targets.
- Develop individual performance plans and provide regular feedback, training, and career development guidance.
- Foster a high-performance culture built on collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Drive team execution on KPIs such as qualified meetings booked, pipeline generated, and lead-to-opportunity conversion rates.
- Partner with sales leadership to ensure opportunities are progressing through the funnel and align with revenue goals.
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Implement best practices for lead qualification and pipeline management to maximize conversion rates.
- Collaborate with marketing to align campaigns with targeted outreach efforts.
- Leverage data to improve lead quality, outreach strategies, and territory planning.
- Reduce onboarding and ramp time for new BDRs through structured training programs.
- Maintain high team engagement and retention through clear career pathing and skills development.
- Champion diversity and inclusion within the team, ensuring an inclusive and motivating environment.
- 5+ years in business development, sales, or related field, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding team quota targets in a B2B IT or SaaS environment.
- Strong leadership, coaching, and motivational skills.
- Data-driven decision-maker with experience using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement platforms.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across departments.
