- Overview
- Responsible for managing requirements and all activities for the Consumer Audience product family including product definition and planning through production, release, and end of life, ensuring quality standards are met and that the product/s support the company’s overall strategy and goals.
- Specializes in assessing and understanding the market, defining product strategy, vision, and overall roadmap prioritization and planning.
- Details the product specs, prioritizes, and translates requirements to story points.
- Identifies gaps and provides expertise in business requirements for system functional specifications and scales new and current systems, processes, and procedures in a cost-effective manner.
- Product Strategy
- Drive strategic vision for the Consumer Audiences product portfolio to meet business objectives.
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to understand market needs.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive landscape.
- Oversee the development of the Consumer Audiences product roadmap. Define and prioritize features and enhancements based on customer feedback, business impact, and ROI. Collaborate and support a unified product roadmap within IQVIA Digital and broader IQVIA.
- Collaborate with other parts of IQVIA where similar challenges are being addressed.
- Stay abreast of changes to U.S. law and regulatory environment which might affect Consumer Audiences development. Work with stakeholders to adapt to new or emerging restrictions.
- Product Operations
- Lead the operational aspects of the Consumer Audiences portfolio, ensuring seamless integration and cross-teams collaboration within IQVIA Digital and the broader IQVIA. Ensure the operational success of direct reports.
- Monitor and troubleshoot any operational issues regarding the Consumer Audiences portfolio.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
- Identify areas where consumer audience data can be expanded (or reduced) to meet our needs and those of our clients. Work with direct reports to address these areas.
- Oversee information governance and privacy issues relating to Consumer Audiences products within IQVIA Digital. Collaborate with IQVIA’s RBU and Global Information Governance and Legal on standards, policies, and best practices.
- Oversee the internal evangelism and education regarding Consumer Audiences products to IQVIA Digital staff, internal and external partners, and clients.
- Go To Market (GTM)
- Work closely with GTM leadership to ensure the product team is supporting the GTM efforts.
- Serve as a pre-sales subject matter expert. Be comfortable presenting the Consumer Audiences products or portfolio to clients.
- Resolve any post-sales issues with clients.
- Financial
- Oversee all internal financial, pricing, legal, contracting framework, and information governance regarding Consumer Audience products.
- Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies as necessary to meet or exceed targets.
- Management
- Plan, assign, and guide direct reports.
- Appraise performance and guide professional development.
- Address employee relations issues and resolve problems.
- Leadership
- Support and advise IQVIA Digital’s market efforts.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the healthcare industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
- Represent the company as a thought leader in the healthcare sectors.
- Engage in speaking engagements, publications, and networking events to enhance our company's reputation and visibility.
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, fostering a culture of positivity, excellence, and innovation.
- At least 10 years’ experience in creating or working with consumer audiences products and outputs.
- Experience with relevant U.S. data privacy laws and regulations is a plus. Experience with privacy enhancing technologies (PETs) is a plus.
