We are currently seeking an experienced Regional Hotel Manager to join a growing team!Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced and strategic Regional Hotel Manager to oversee multiple hotel properties within a designated region. This leadership role is responsible for ensuring operational excellence, financial performance, and consistent delivery of outstanding guest experiences across all locations. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, multi-property management experience, and a deep understanding of hospitality operations.Key Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of multiple hotels within the region, ensuring each property meets brand standards and company expectations.Lead and support hotel General Managers, fostering a culture of accountability, teamwork, and performance excellence.Analyze financial and operational reports; identify areas for improvement and implement action plans to maximize revenue, profitability, and efficiency.Monitor guest satisfaction scores and implement initiatives to improve service delivery and guest experience.Develop and manage regional budgets, forecasting, and financial goals in collaboration with senior leadership.Conduct regular property visits and audits to ensure compliance with health & safety regulations, operational procedures, and company policies.Recruit, train, and develop General Managers and key staff; support succession planning and career development initiatives.Collaborate with marketing, sales, and revenue management teams to drive occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.Ensure effective communication between corporate office and hotel teams, promoting alignment with overall business goals.Stay current with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive hotel management experience, with at least 3 years in a multi-property or regional leadership role.Proven ability to manage budgets, lead teams, and drive operational and financial performance.Strong knowledge of hotel operations, including front office, housekeeping, F&B, sales, and maintenance.Exceptional leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.Proficiency with property management systems (PMS), reporting tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Willingness to travel regularly across the region. **Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs.
