- Driving the entire change management process for our IT services and infrastructure, from policy development to implementation and review.
- Leading our Change Advisory Board meetings, where you'll review, prioritize, and approve changes.
- Ensuring every change is properly documented, evaluated, approved, and communicated to relevant teams.
- Assessing the potential impact of changes on our IT environment, identifying and mitigating any risks.
- Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align changes with our business objectives.
- Keeping a close eye on change requests, making sure they are completed on time and meet business needs.
- Keeping everyone informed about upcoming changes, including any system downtime or maintenance schedules.
- Maintaining an up-to-date change log to track the status of requests, approvals, and outcomes.
- Documenting all processes and lessons learned to support future initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in IT change management
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement IT changes.
- Strong understanding of the ITIL framework and its best practices.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with change management tools like ServiceNow or BMC Remedy.
- Certifications such as ITIL Foundation or other relevant Change Management or Project Management certifications.
- Familiarity with tools like JIRA, ServiceNow, or similar platforms.
