Commercial HVAC/R Technician - Fast Growing Real Estate Company - Base Salary to 40.00/hour - Exton, PA

• Our client, a fast growing, full-service, family-owned real estate company who designs, develops, and manages residential and commercial/industrial properties is seeking an Industrial HVAC/R Service Technician.

• The Commercial HVAC/R Technician is responsible for providing general HVAC service, maintenance, and repair for HVAC systems in our clients' commercial portfolio. Locations serviced are all within the Exton and nearby areas and is completely full time with regular day time hours.

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain existing HVAC systems including chillers, boilers, cooling towers and RTU systems.

• Install and replace pumps, pneumatic valves, electric valves, WSHP’s, ERU’s and RTU’s.

• Good knowledge of ATC systems, controls, and energy management software.

• Performs preventative maintenance checks on all major mechanical equipment, diagnoses equipment malfunctions and operating efficiency of mechanical equipment.

• Coordinates projects with outside contractors.

• Orders and secures materials for jobs as needed.

• Complies with all applicable health and safety regulations, policies, and established work practices.

• Complete all required paperwork in a timely and accurate manner.

• Work, supervise and train any HVAC helpers which may be assigned to work to you.

• High School Diploma required

• 4+ years’ experience or more as an HVAC Service Technician

• Boiler, Chiller and Cooling Tower experience necessary

• Base salary to 40.00/hour
