Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing, this role is responsible for supporting and optimizing manufacturing operations, including planning, technical execution, safety, quality assurance, performance monitoring, production KPIs, and capacity management.Location: Erda, UTDuties and Responsibilities:
  • Assist in ensuring all products are manufactured according to specifications, safety, and quality standards in the most efficient manner.
  • Support daily and monthly manufacturing operation activities.
  • Contribute to improving manufacturing processes and managing labor efficiency.
  • Assist in managing operational capacity and machine/tool utilization.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements to reduce cost and improve quality.
  • Support personnel to ensure functional capability/capacity that aligns with business plans and objectives.
  • Ensure attention and adherence to safety and environmental policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements:
  • 3-5years of experience in high-tech manufacturing fields such as PCBA, Electronic assembly, Power electronic assembly, Solar, Telecommunication, etc.
  • At least a BSc degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic, Electrical, or related field.
  • Experience in a manufacturing engineering role.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
  • High level of proficiency in English language skills (written and oral communication).
Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with manufacturing of high-power electronics or BESS (Battery)
  • Experience with NPI of electronic products.
  • Experience with managing contract manufacturing or working for top-tier electronic manufacturers.
