Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMPay Rate: $27/hourAbout the RoleWe are seeking Inventory Analysts to join our team in Arlington, TX. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing spare parts and materials inventory to support maintenance operations. You’ll ensure that critical equipment and assets have the right materials available at the right time—helping to reduce downtime, control costs, and improve overall reliability.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate records of spare parts, tools, and materials.Analyze usage trends, lead times, and stocking strategies to balance cost and availability.Conduct inventory audits and cycle counts; resolve discrepancies.Identify and address slow-moving, obsolete, or excess inventory.Develop dashboards, KPIs, and reports to support decision-making.Collaborate with maintenance planners and procurement on part forecasting, sourcing, and vendor management.Support technicians with timely part availability for preventive and corrective maintenance.Contribute to process improvements and CMMS/ERP data accuracy.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering, or related field (preferred).2+ years of experience in inventory management, supply chain, or maintenance support.Experience with CMMS, ERP, or SAP systems preferred.Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.Background in manufacturing, industrial maintenance, or facilities maintenance is highly desirable.Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Inventory accuracy and reliability.Reduction in stockouts for critical parts.Improvements in inventory turns and carrying costs.On-time parts availability for planned maintenance.Reduction of obsolete or excess inventory.Working ConditionsOffice-based role with frequent shop floor/maintenance area interaction.Occasional lifting of parts or materials (up to ~30 lbs).Regular interaction with vendors, technicians, and cross-functional teams.
