- Partner with cross-functional teams to advance data science and AI/ML initiatives, integrating LLMs and generative AI into product features and business operations.
- Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of ML models, from selection and training to deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Collaborate with product and engineering leadership to enhance product performance and data-driven decision-making.
- Leverage tools such as Snowflake, Sigma, Mixpanel, and Google Analytics for data analysis and insights.
- Conduct rigorous testing and monitoring of models to ensure accuracy, scalability, and long-term reliability.
- Deliver actionable business intelligence to stakeholders and contribute to the technical roadmap of the data team.
- Mentor team members, share expertise, and help build best practices across data science and analytics functions.
- 8+ years of experience in data science, machine learning, or advanced analytics roles.
- Degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
- Hands-on experience with LLMs and generative AI in production environments.
- Expertise in building predictive models using leading ML frameworks and managing full-stack workflows, including data engineering, ETL, MLOps, and observability.
- Proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong BI, data warehousing, and visualization experience.
- Ability to connect metrics to business outcomes and communicate insights clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong collaboration, communication, and project management skills with experience working across time zones.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies, project management tools, and data privacy/compliance considerations.
