- Support Elevate Growth - Contribute to the development of future clinicians by supporting our Elevate practicum supervision and mentorship program.
- Champion the Centria Experience - Conduct caregiver check-ins and ensure families feel supported, heard, and engaged throughout their journey with Centria.
- Experience That Matters - At least 3 years of experience working with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder in a clinical setting.
- Leadership Background - 3+ years of supervisory experience preferred, OR a strong track record of successful case oversight and Behavior Technician mentorship at Centria (minimum 2 years), with preference given to those who have mentored practicum students.
- Crisis Management Skills - Experience navigating challenging clinical situations and supporting teams through high-stress moments is highly valued.
- Clinical Fluency in Best Practices - Familiarity with Practical Functional Assessment (PFA), Skills-Based Treatment (SBT), and assent-based ABA practices preferred.
