- Shows dependability and engages in scheduling process to ensure that client needs are fulfilled in a timely manner.
- Assist clients in completing tasks as outlined by their service plan, demonstrating the ability to assure needs are met in a safe, appropriate manner according to Masonic Village policies as well as OSHA, federal, state, and local regulations.
- Demonstrates the ability to assist clients with in-home caregiver tasks, companion, and non-professional care and services according to Masonic Village policies and procedures
- Accurately documents client information and services delivered according to the established service plan and Masonic Village policies and procedures.
- Observes and communicates changes in client condition according to notification guidelines.
- Maintains confidentiality of privileged information, discussing and releasing information only to those who are authorized.
- Must have a sincere interest in working with the elderly.
- A high school diploma or GED (preferred).
- Successful completion of a criminal background check.
- Current and valid PA Driver's license (required).
- Satisfactorily completes orientation training.
