Building Assessor Lead/Engineer

- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field; equivalent work experience may be considered.
- 7+ years of experience in construction inspection, project management, or related building assessment role.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and construction standards.
- Experience managing or leading assessments across multiple projects preferred.
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, ERP Systems and MRP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, and technical specifications.
- Proficiency with project management and inspection software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Ability to work independently and provide objective assessments.
- The ability to communicate effectively with different people in varying fields and positions.
- Knowledge of documentation and reports standards in compliance with company and government regulations.
- Lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling up to 20 pounds.
- Must be able to sit, stand, walk for prolonged periods.
- High noise levels are common with general maintenance.
- This is an Onsite position that requires work to be performed onsite at an Aleut location
- Working indoors in an office environment, though may be some exposure to heat/cold, noise, dust, mist, and/or fumes.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test.
- Must be able to obtain a favorable National Agency Check (NAC) per contract.
- Must complete all mandated training requirements per government and management directives.
