We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Electrical Assembler to join our dynamic team in St. Louis, MO. This is a full-time, on-site position. As an Electrical Assembler, you will play a key role in the assembly of mechanical components and the wiring of control panels.Essential functions
  • Assemble mechanical components according to technical diagrams and project specifications.
  • Perform wiring tasks for control panels, ensuring proper connections and functionality.
  • Utilize hand tools, power tools, and soldering equipment for assembly, wiring, and other related tasks.
  • Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and blueprints to ensure correct assembly and wiring processes.
  • Ensure high-quality standards in all assembly and wiring tasks, performing regular checks to verify accuracy and safety.
  • Work closely with the engineering team to meet project specifications, deadlines, and design requirements.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety standards and company protocols.
Qualifications
  • Soldering and using Power Tools skills
  • Proficient in using Hand Tools and performing Mechanical Assembly
  • Experience in Panel Wiring
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams
  • Effective communication and team collaboration skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
  • Prior experience in electrical assembly or a related field is beneficial
Preferred education and experience
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • Associate’s Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field preferred.
  • Vocational or technical training in electrical assembly, electronics, or industrial automation is a plus.
