  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing principles, processes, and techniques
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and lead cross-functional projects
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with lean methodologies and Six Sigma principles
  • Experience with process development, validation, and qualification
  • Knowledge of quality control and assurance principles
Nice to Have Skills:
  • Experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, Autodesk)
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello)
  • Knowledge of thermoset plastics and composite materials
  • Experience with root cause analysis and corrective action implementation
Preferred Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (mechanical engineering, chemical engineering, etc.)
  • 0-2 years of experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field
Other Requirements:
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs and Work Instructions
  • Ability to travel to manufacturing sites as required
