
Director of Total Rewards (Compensation/Analytics focused)

- Lead the development and execution of broad-based compensation strategies, salary structures, and incentive programs that are competitive, equitable, and aligned with business goals.
- Continuously assess and evolve total rewards offerings using market research, business priorities, and workforce analytics.
- Serve as a thought partner to the executive team, providing forward-thinking insights on workforce economics, talent strategy, and cost modeling.
- Drive problem-solving and scenario planning related to opportunities during acquisitions, reorganizations, and high-growth initiatives.
- Translate complex data into actionable insights and compelling narratives to influence decision-making.
- Partner with Finance and HR Leadership on annual merit, bonus, and equity budgeting and planning cycles.
- Oversee job architecture, market benchmarking, leveling, and internal equity processes across the enterprise.
- Advise senior leaders on compensation-related decisions including offers, promotions, and organizational design changes.
- Drive the use of compensation analytics, dashboards, and modeling to support pay transparency and informed decision-making.
- Management of Compensation Analyst
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, Finance, or related field required
- MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in compensation and total rewards
- 2+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading enterprise-wide compensation initiatives in organizations with 4,000+ employees; multi-state experience required.
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency with Excel, HRIS (e.g., Dayforce, Workday), and market pricing tools (e.g., Radford, Mercer, Salary.com).
- Excellent communication, influencing, and stakeholder engagement skills.
