- Monthly financial analysis, including but not limited to, actual to forecast variance and trend variances inclusive of gross margin review of third-party and IC sales, as well as operating margin review including other costs of sales.
- Analysis and preparation of rolling forecasts and annual budgets dealing with multiple cost centers and locations.
- Coordination and oversight responsibility for accurate revenue recognition.
- Reporting KPIs to operations/management and ensuring understanding of metrics.
- Oversee day-to-day accounting activities related to projects, including accounts receivable, WIP, contract assets/liabilities, and reconciliation of these financial accounts.
- Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data by maintaining robust internal controls in compliance with SOX requirements and company policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with internal and external auditors and provide necessary documentation and support.
- Continuously evaluate financial processes and systems to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency gains.
- Implement best practices and streamline procedures to enhance the effectiveness of financial operations.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, or related field
- CPA and/or MBA preferred, but not required
- Minimum of 5-10 years relevant experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel competency
- Working knowledge of US GAAP
- Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly and concisely
- Hyperion Financial Management and/or Oracle experience a plus
