- Conducting Phase I and II Environmental Site Assessments
- Conducting ACT II/Brownfield Work
- Conducting groundwater monitoring activities
- Conducting vapor intrusion studies
- Performing Asbestos/Lead/Mold Surveys a plus
- Technical Report writing
- Assist department manager with existing projects to include coordinating/performing field activities including inspections, managing budgets/subcontractors, report preparation
- Assist with and establish client relationships along with fostering client retention
- Prepares and/or authorizes proposals and coordinate workload of support staff
- Communicates effectively with client and project teams and managing subcontractors
- Organizing and maintaining various projects at one time
- Must be aware of, and adhere to, safety practices and policies to ensure your own safety, as well as the safety of others who may be affected by your actions at work
- Bachelor's degree in Geology, Engineering, or Environmental Sciences
- 5 Years' of Phase I/II ESA experience
- Experience in remediation
- OHSA 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written and interact effectively
- Must be able to work, manage tasks, and schedule independently
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Valid Driver's License and reliable driving record
- Brownfields experience
- New Jersey LSRP
