- Minimum of 15 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 3 years management experience
- Proven track record of effectively leading, globally distributed teams
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline; advanced degree preferred.
- In-depth knowledge of Identity & authentication risks, technologies, regulations.
- Demonstrated success in driving innovative risk management solutions using advanced analytics and technology.
- Ability to influence and engage with C-level executives, articulating complex strategies and their business implications.
- Proven success in working cross-functionally with analytics, engineering, product, and compliance teams to deliver impactful solutions.
- Expertise in leveraging data and analytics to inform risk strategies and optimize outcomes.
- Experience managing programs across multiple geographies, accounting for regional nuances and regulatory variations.
- Skilled at navigating ambiguity, adapting to rapid changes, and prioritizing evolving requirements
