The Barista provides the highest level of service to guests in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner. The Barista promotes coffee consumption by educating guests, displaying coffee salesmanship and friendly hospitality.
ResponsibilitiesConsistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employeesDiscover customer needs and suggests products with every customer to enhance services and meet sales goalsPrepare a variety of customer beverages such as espresso drinksResponsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for customers and follow cash handling policies
