Qualifications and requirements:Graduation from an accredited Bachelors of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing or Nursing Diploma program.Current state licensure as Registered Nurse.Demonstrated experience planning, coordinating, evaluating and/or directing educational activities of clinical personnel.Minimum of 2 years' experience as a bedside RNAdditional requirements include:CPR/BCLS certification. ACLS preferred.Minimum six months' Medical/Surgical experience in an acute care setting preferred.Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.Mercy Rehabilitation Hospital - Springfield provides inpatient rehabilitation services for patients recovering from strokes, brain or spinal cord injuries, amputations, complex orthopedic injuries and other conditions.
