We are accepting applications for the position of Program Director of Primary English Language Arts. If an employee does not already have an application in Frontline, they will need to create a new user ID and password to apply for the specific position.Applicants for this position must have the following qualifications and experience:
Master’s degree in curriculum and instruction, educational administration, or a field appropriate to assignment from an accredited college or university
15 hours of coursework in language arts, supervision, research, tests and measurements, statistics, social populations, school finance, instructional leadership, or school law
General qualifications of a PK-6 English Language Arts teacher as prescribed by the State Board of Education
Must be Highly Qualified in the grade level for the position and hold a valid Texas teaching certificate Must have maintained a satisfactory score on district appraisal instrument
Three years of teaching experience in a English Language Arts (ELA) classroom
Must have maintained a satisfactory score on district appraisal instrument
