- Client support and networking – Acquire and maintain a network of sources to identify new customers. Communicate directly with customers to identify and understand market needs.
- Drive revenue and meet sales quotas - Demonstrate the functions and uses of products or services to secure and close new accounts.
- Provide client satisfaction through transparency - Uphold company and brand standards. Respond to and actively fix issues that arise throughout the sales cycle and service contract.
- Account management - Stay in contact with existing and previous customers; provide appropriate enhancements, upgrades, and follow up on all referrals.
- Reporting – Maintain daily reports of activities, orders, sales, and team/territory standing.
