Our client an undisputed leader in the marketing technology and publishing industry is seeking an Associate for Operations on their App Marketing team.
As the ideal candidate, you will be supporting the team in creating and executing campaigns within the CMS platform across the Android and iOS apps. You must have 3+ years of experience across iOS and Android platforms, be highly organized, self-driving, be comfortable reviewing code and using content management systems.
The role requires attention to detail, a passion for the app space, an attitude that anything is possible, be a team player and an ability to be flexible and think outside the box. You will work with other marketing teams in addition to Product Management, User Experience, Creative & Brand, and Technology.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Build and launch A/B tests and seasonal campaigns using Client's CMS and CRM tools
  • Own updating experiences across iOS and Android across the global portfolio
  • Responsible for monthly updates of key touchpoints
  • Pull reporting on key metrics related to the acquisition of new prospects
  • Create, manage and socialize documentation related to app CX and in-flight tests
  • Work with cross-functional Marketing partners to ensure a consistent end-to-end customer experience
  • Develop and implement new Marketing strategies based on changing business priorities
Basic Qualifications
  • 3+ years of work experience in digital marketing
  • Experience using Content Management Systems and basic knowledge of HTML, XML, JSON and CSS
  • Basic understanding of conversion, engagement and retention marketing throughout different portions of the lifecycle
  • Superior project management and organizational skills
Preferred Qualification's
  • Passion and understanding of the app space and streaming services
  • Conversion and retention marketing experience in a membership model business
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools, such as Kochava, Adobe Analytics and Tableau
  • Experience working with various cross-functional partners (Technology, Creative, User Experience, Media Planning) to develop assets and plans for optimization
