If you are an upbeat, positive candidate who works well in a team environment with the ability to seamlessly adapt to change, this is a career worthy of consideration.Essential Duties and Responsibilities for Network Administrator:Manage and support network security measures, including firewalls, switches, routers, VPN's, MDR platform, updates, Antivirus protection and server/PC management.Perform data, server and software backups for disaster recovery purposes.Install, configure and maintain network hardware and software. This includes administration of all Microsoft Office365 products, MS Teams, SharePoint and Outlook/Exchange.Administer and maintain Windows, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, file/print services, and other Windows services.Monitor and maintain virtual environments, ensuring optimal performance and resource allocation.Perform necessary network and system upgrades; tests hardware and software to ensure optimal functionality.Assist with management and coordination of IT projects through design, procurement, and implementation phases; research and select appropriate hardware and software for operational needs.Collaborate with other IT team members to support the overall IT infrastructure, including cloud services and hybrid environments.Monitor, update, configure and deploy antivirus and endpoint security software to keep data and communications protected.Serve as an escalation point for helpdesk support, providing advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex technical issues.Scan for vulnerabilities and deploy corrective recommendations or patches based on findings.Maintain and update all network, server, and systems documentation and diagrams.Stay up to date with the latest network, server and cloud technologies and best security practices.Benefits for Network Administrator:2025 Employee Benefit Summary -Health, dental, vision and life insuranceShort and Long-Term Disability401K PlanPaid Time OffCitizens is an equal opportunity employer.
