  • Provide functional support, system testing, Tier 1 technical support, and subject matter expertise for Oracle PeopleSoft based personnel security applications.
  • Analyze user's requirements, concept of operations documents, and high level system architectures to develop system requirements specifications.
  • Analyze system requirements and leads design and development activities.
  • Guide users in formulating requirements, advises alternative approaches, and conducts feasibility studies.
  • Provide technical leadership for the integration of requirements, design, and technology.
  • Incorporate new plans, designs and systems into ongoing operations.
  • Develop technical documentation, system architecture and system design documentation.
  • Guide system development and implementation planning through assessment or preparation of system engineering management plans and system integration and test plans.
  • Interact with the Government regarding Systems Engineering technical considerations and for associated problems, issues or conflicts.
  • Have ultimate responsibility for the technical integrity of work performed and deliverables associated with the Systems Engineering area of responsibility.
  • Communicate with other program personnel, government overseers, and senior executives.

  • Bachelor's degree required in System Engineering, Computer Science or related discipline
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance required
  • 20+ years experience as a System engineer in projects of similar scope, type, and complexity.
  • Experience in planning and leading Systems Engineering efforts.
Preferred:
  • Experience with JIRA
  • Experience as a ITIL practitioner
  • Experience developing design documentation
  • Experience with Agile development methods, platforms and tools
  • Experience developing technical requirements and specifications
