OverviewTRC Environmental Corp., a leading, national environmental/engineering consulting firm is seeking a Part Time, On-Call, Hourly, entry-level Staff Scientist/Hygienist to provide environmental consulting report writing related duties for clients in the Pacific Northwest and across the country.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities
  • Assist with reports and scopes for environmental due diligence assessments
  • Maintain regular communication with existing client base.
  • Successful candidate should have the ability to work independently.
QualificationsBasic Qualifications
  • US Citizen or permanent work status.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Hygiene, environmental or related science field.
  • 0-3 years of industrial hygiene (asbestos, mold, indoor air quality) or environmental due diligence (Phase I and II site assessments) experience in the environmental consulting field.
  • Strong communication and writing abilities.
  • Efficiency with computer/key boarding and use of MS Office WORD, EXCEL, OUTLOOK, VISIO
  • Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background check, and motor vehicle records check.

Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company’s annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.
