- Demonstrates excellent customer service skills while researching and resolving customer issues.
- Meet department productivity and quality standards.
- Strive for first-call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.
- Communicate and follow instructions for one-call customer resolution.
- Take an active role in educating customers about our client's products and services.
- Candidate must live in one of the following states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IN, KS, MD, MI, MS, MO, NC, NV, OH, OK, SC, TN, TX, VA, WV.
- Bilingual Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Minimum 1-year customer service experience.
- Basic to advanced computer skills.
- Must be able to multi-task and navigate multiple computer systems.
- Strong communication skills.
- Environment: Dedicated workspace that is located within your residence that is quiet, secure, and distraction-free for the duration of working hours.
- Internet: Wireless and satellite not permitted.
- Internet Speeds: Minimum 20MBPS download/ 10 MBPS upload.
- Connection: Direct connection from modem to PC required (ethernet cord).
- High school Diploma or GED equivalent.
