Position is responsible for: Recruiting/Staffing, Associate Relations/Culture, Organizational/Leadership Development and Training, Strategic HR Initiatives, Benefits/Compensation, and HRIS.This position requires a “hands on” HR professional with strategic leadership capabilities combined with wide-ranging tactical expertise. College graduate with a degree in Human Resources or a similar discipline. An advanced degree is desirable, but not required.
Well-versed HR professional with 7 to 10 years HR experience, of which 3 to 5 years should be in a strategic leadership position working with senior company leaders.
A PHR or SPHR designation demonstrating mastery of the HR disciplines is highly desired.
Experience managing and developing HR technology platforms including; HRIS, ATS, LMS, and various time/attendance systems.
A track record of success in challenging environments.
