- Owning and prioritizing strategy for Managed Services Accounts Receivable products and engage on overall receivables strategy
- Defining client needs and opportunities specific to Accounts Receivable
- Understanding and staying current on the industry’s product and technology landscape; brings new ideas to the team. Aligns industry trends to internal product vision.
- Collaborating with business partners to prioritize and scope market opportunity and Fifth Third’s right to win in that market
- Developing initial product design and performing voice of customer to gain feedback
- Determining a build vs buy strategy, and if buy then identifying whom to partner with
- Creating the business case to justify investment and funding to build product designed
- Responsible for executing on delivery of new product through guiding cross functional teams on product build and partner with Product peers to launch to market
- Responsible and accountable for risk by openly exchanging ideas and opinions, elevating concerns, and personally following policies and procedures as defined. Accountable for always doing the right thing for customers and colleagues and ensures that actions and behaviors drive a positive customer experience. While operating within the Bank's risk assessment, achieves results by consistently identifying, assessing, managing, monitoring, and reporting risks of all types.
- Support and adhere to all governance processes as defined by Enterprise.
- Bachelor’s Degree Required, Masters Preferred
- 10+ years of experience demonstrating success taking an idea from concept to fully launched solution in the Accounts Receivable space.
- Ability to own and articulate design decisions
- Basic understanding of agile product development
- Strong consultative and well-articulated communication and writing skills with the ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
- Exposure and/or training in Design Thinking principles and methodologies is advantageous
- Identifies new opportunities by creating bonds of trust with team members, customers, and clients
- Business acumen and understanding of business processes related to your product and customers.
