
IT Field Technician

- Previous Epic experience preferred.
- Minimum 3 to 6 months experience in a technical support role.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving technical problems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise way
- Experience with Microsoft core products such as Windows 7 & 10, Active Directory, Outlook, O365, SharePoint, etc.
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts and equipment connectivity to services
- Experience working with the setup, configuration and provisioning of technical office equipment such as Workstations, Laptops, Tablets, Printers and other peripherals
- A+ certification preferred
- Must have a flexible schedule
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must be able to lift equipment such as computers and printers weighing up to 50 pounds
