Work Day: Monday – FridayAalis Management Consulting is seeking an experienced and dynamic Program Manager to serve as the central point of contact and primary leader for a key government client engagement. This individual will be responsible for the overall management, performance, and delivery of multiple task orders, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record in government contracting, exceptional client relationship skills, and the ability to lead and inspire a team.Key Responsibilities
- Act as the single point of contact for the Government Contracting Officer (CO) and Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR).
- Represent the company at all post-award meetings and serve as the central authority for all program-wide technical and managerial issues.
- Provide ultimate management and review of all services to ensure conformance with Government requirements, quality standards, and delivery order specifications.
- Be responsible for all issue resolution and program management support.
- Plan, manage, and oversee the work efforts of assigned personnel.
- Provide guidance, direction, and performance management to ensure a high-performing team.
- Ensure strict compliance with all delivery order requirements, government contracting practices, and procedures.
- Manage and oversee the performance of one or more delivery orders.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize program performance, mitigate risks, and ensure client satisfaction.
- Provide comprehensive account support for the delivery order.
- Must have a Bachelor’s degree (BA or BS).
- At least 10 years of direct program management experience, specifically within the government sector.
- Demonstrated experience in any of the following: Government program management lifecycle, Federal government contracting, regulations (FAR/DFARS), related practices and procedures, Human resources principles, or personnel management.
- Proven experience managing multiple contracts and leading staff across concurrent projects or task orders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interface effectively with senior government officials and internal teams.
