- 5+ years of media analytics experience related to digital media strategy, user behavior and engagement, or programming and has ideally worked in content
- Possess extensive knowledge of metrics and performance across digital, broadcast, linear, data, and emerging platforms.
- A strategic leader with advanced analytical skills capable of uncovering clear narratives and generating actionable insights through data analysis and visualization.
- Hands-on experience and expertise in applying SQL, R, or Python to various workflows.
- Proven experience managing projects involving applied statistics, machine learning, and neural networks.
- Comprehensive understanding of digital platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, YouTube), content strategies, and performance evaluation methodologies.
- Proficient in utilizing BI dashboard tools such as Tableau, Looker, SAP Orca, and Google Data Studio.
- Skilled in Google Analytics, YouTube Analytics, Sprinklr, social business management tools, social listening platforms, and audience measurement techniques.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build and maintain trust with leadership and collaborators.
- Holds a Bachelor's degree or possesses equivalent professional experience.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is considered advantageous.
