Join us.A part of Trust and Safety Product, Integrity & Authenticity (I&A) is a small-but-mighty global team bringing together expertise of product managers and program managers into one group. The mission of Integrity & Authenticity is to defend TikTok and TikTok users from issues of misinformation, disinformation and deceptive behavior. We are looking for an experienced product manager lead to help expand our team's product work delivering this mission.Responsibilities
1. Ensure TikTok is free from misinformation and deceptive behavior by designing and implementing safety systems that encompass user-facing product, content moderation and ML.
2. Own ideation, prioritization and execution for your area of TikTok Integrity & Authenticity, which could encompass Elections Integrity, Misinformation, Information Ecosystem or related topics.
3. Organize the deep dive into problems and creation of roadmaps, then design, build, test, launch, and manage critical features.
4. Work cross-functionally, building synergy and influence with multiple departments within Trust and Safety, Public Policy, Communications, Core Product and other teams, globally.
5. Collaborate across global product, program and regional teams to define TikTok's Integrity & Authenticity roadmap and work with our partner teams to make product, technical, and privacy decisions.Qualifications:1. 5+ years of experience as a Product Manager with track record of increasing impact and/or complexity through successive delivery cycles.
2. Ability to succinctly describe your vision and highlight roadblocks to an executive audience, bringing desired coordination outcomes.
3. Evidence-based, analytical, data-informed. You understand the imperative of using data to support decision-making and to drive prioritization (and therefore resourcing decisions) for continuous product improvement.
4. You thrive in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments, but you balance acquiring and sharing business context with an agility to initiate or respond to rapid changes, when required. You are comfortable striking balance between ambiguity/imperfect status quo and high delivery standards.
5.
