- Enter and update purchase orders and related information in purchasing systems (e.g., Spectrum)
- Track deliveries and update delivery schedules to support jobsite needs
- Assist with receiving confirmations and communicate with vendors for packing slips or discrepancies
- Follow up on open PO items and report on backorders or late deliveries to the purchasing team and foremen
- Maintain and update trackers for returns and delivery confirmations
- Organize and store electronic records, such as packing slips, PO confirmations, and return authorizations
- Support buyers with administrative tasks, including filing, communication tracking, and document updates
- Run and distribute reports related to order status, backorders, and delivery schedules
- Coordinate with warehouse team on inbound material tracking
- Answer internal questions related to PO status, delivery timing, or return updates
- Communicate with vendors regarding delivery updates, confirmations, and discrepancies
- Coordinate with Accounting for purchase order submission, invoice matching, and payment tracking

- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
- 2+ years of data entry, clerical, or purchasing support experience preferred
- Construction or trade industry knowledge is a plus.
- Accurate and efficient data entry skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to follow through on assigned tasks
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including excel); experience with Monday.com and Spectrum preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
- $20.00/hour - $25.00/hour
- This is a non-exempt/hourly position
