Job Summary: Our client is seeking a IT Project Coordinator to join their team! This position is located in Hopkins, Minnesota. Duties: Manage the addition, update, and removal of resource data and forecasts in Broadcom Clarity PPM for a population of 500+ resources Collaborate with resource managers to ensure accurate forecasting, timely timesheet submission, and resolution of resource-related issues Analyze forecasted versus actual resource data to identify discrepancies and implement necessary adjustments Generate and deliver ad-hoc resource reports and insights to support decision-making and planning activities Desired Skills/Experience: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience 2+ years of Clarity PPM 2+ years of Microsoft Excel and SharePoint experience Basic knowledge of project coordination Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills Well-developed organizational and analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems with minimal guidance Benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance Plans Employee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP) 401K offered The approximate pay range for this position is between $23.00 and $33.00.
