In this role, you will learn to operate the Furnace Deck. You are willing to learn and thrive in a team environment.Position works onsite at our Pueblo Colorado FacilityShift differential paid for 12 hour shift.Shift Schedule: 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m.Shift Rotation: 4 days on, 4 days off. Rotate to nights every 2 months.What You Will DoYou will be trained on the basic operations of the furnace processOperate support equipment such as Cranes, Forklifts, Vacuums, Scissor Lifts & Power ToolsPerform furnace reading, round and process flowProvide process integrity and maintain process quality for all furnace process operationsUnderstand and comply with all Environmental Health and Safety rules (EH&S)Be aware of, and look for ways to eliminate safety hazards and improve the overall safety of the workplacePerform Equipment Preventative Maintenance as instructedCommunicate to your Supervisor any potential mechanical or safety issues with the equipmentFollow written procedures to maintain safety and ensure qualityUse your basic to intermediate computer skillsYou will learn to recognize issues with the process equipment tolerance limitsLearn all Collins and customer specifications relating to finished, special processes, and policiesPerform other duties as assignedQualifications You Must HaveHS Diploma.
