- Research and comprehend industry standards related to asset information, strategy, standards, and data management.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop clear and concise narratives aligning with industry standards.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of documentation for work and asset management processes.
- Perform fit-gap analysis of processes and technology, specifically to inform consolidation efforts of legacy custom applications into enterprise platform systems.
- Assess, analyze, and interpret complex technical information to support the development of standardized documentation.
- Communicate effectively with team members, presenting findings and recommendations related to industry standards and work and asset management practices.
- Prepare and present a synopsis of experience with the Company at the end of the internship.
- Perform job-shadowing with system end-users.
- College junior or above working towards a Bachelor's degree in computer science, management or organizational leadership. If you are a recent graduate, you must be winthin year of your graduation date.
- Technical writing coursework strongly preferred.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks in a timely manner with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to prepare and give presentations to small audiences.
- Attention to detail required.
- Ability to communicate with employees and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft products, including Teams, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Azure DevOps.
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of business information.
- Knowledge of, but not limited to, Hitachi Asset Suite, SalesForce Field Service, and/or Trimble eBuilder.
