- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional SWE experience on projects with similar software processes may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree.
- Two (2) year experience developing and customizing core applications such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, and Service Catalog.
- Four(4) years of IT application systems experience in technology solutions delivery is required
- Experience creating and implementing scripts, business rules, policies, ACLs and otherwise configure or modify ServiceNow applications to meet requirements
- Experience integrating third-party software and APIs with ServiceNow using REST and SOAP
- Experience coding in scripting languages (i.e.: JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, JSON or other languages used in ServiceNow)
- Four (4) years' experience with ServiceNow Implementations is required.
- Two (2) year of experience developing on the ServiceNow Platform is required.
- ServiceNow System Administrator certification OR ServiceNow Application Developer certification is required.
