- Manages field staff contracts to maximize field labor cost and minimize overtime
- Ensures staffers/recruiters utilize all hours allotted and allowed by client
- Manages recruiting activities and achieves branch field staff recruiting goals
- Ensures expiring field staff credentials are received
- Ensures timely staffing for all new SOC (Start of Cares)
- Supervises the daily branch operations by Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s)
- Ensures all Standard Operating Procedures and Policies are followed
- Directs and Supervises Scheduler/Recruiter and office admin
- Monitors patient authorization
- Creates and manages long term strategies to achieve Viva’s customer service and financial goals
- Ensures patients are completely satisfied through relationship building, communication and regular patient visits
- Keeps Regional Director of Operations informed by reviewing and analyzing reports; summarizing information and identifying trends
- Attends referral meet and greets with Intake nurse
- Maintains office staff by recruiting, coaching, training, and conducting quarterly performance appraisals
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Provides customer service including problem resolution
- Resolves non-clinical issues with field staff and office clerical staff
- Provides branch operations updates to Regional Director and Administrator as needed
- Assists with marketing events
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies
- Provides effective communication to patient/family, team members, and other health care professionals and maintains confidentiality
- Performs other duties as required
- Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related fields
- Minimum 3 years Management experience required
- Recruiting experience
- Pediatric Home Health Care experience required.
