- Remove full drop boxes from the slot machines and securely transport them to the count room.
- Verify paperwork against the drop verification report and meticulously document any errors and their corrections.
- Maintain open communication with the Count Room Manager, providing regular updates on all soft count activities and addressing any irregularities.
- Collaborate effectively with other team members, utilizing clear verbal communication during the drop process on the casino floor.
- Skillfully operate currency counting and sorting machines to ensure precise and efficient processing.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficient in computer input and operation of a ten-key adding machine.
- Possess basic math skills for accurate calculations.
- Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exhibit excellent organizational skills to ensure efficient handling of tasks.
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure during high-stress and fast-paced situations.

- Must be able to obtain a Pennsylvania Gaming License. Rivers Casino will assist in the application process and pays the fee associated with this license.
- Perform a diverse range of physical tasks, including constant standing, walking, and reaching, with occasional movements at shoulder level, as well as frequent squatting, kneeling, and bending.
- Demonstrate the capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, as well as push/pull items of similar weight.
