Pay Rate: Up to $95K

Position Type: Full-Time, Client Direct HirePrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians providing guidance, training and performance feedback.
  • Develop and execute maintenance schedules ensuring that preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities are carried out efficiently and in compliance with safety protocols.
  • Collaborate with production, engineering and quality teams to provide equipment maintenance tasks that align with production schedules and business priorities.
  • Willingness to work hands on assisting team to recover equipment downs as required.
  • Ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues utilizing your strong knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of an associates degree, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 10 years’ experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance, and at least 5 years in a supervisory or lead role.
  • Equipment experiences with semiconductor wafer fab equipment including metrology, and supporting equipment (e.g. Tencor, CV, ADE, Biorad).
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment malfunctions and implementing corrective actions.
