We are seeking an experienced Civil Superintendent to oversee crews on a variety of excavation, earthwork, and underground utility projects. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of field supervision experience managing crews on projects involving earthwork, grading, stormwater systems, sanitary and water utilities, and general site development.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate field crews on excavation, earthwork, and underground utility projectsEnsure work is completed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with project plans, specifications, and regulatory requirementsManage schedules, resources, and equipment to meet project milestonesCoordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve field issuesConduct daily site inspections and maintain accurate project documentationEnforce safety protocols and ensure all crew members follow OSHA and company safety standardsMentor and provide guidance to crew leads and field staffQualifications:3+ years of experience as a superintendent or field supervisor in excavation, earthwork, and underground utility projectsStrong knowledge of civil construction practices, grading, and utility installationAbility to read and interpret plans and specificationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsCommitment to safety and quality standardsContact mitchell.guerrieri@gogpac.com with your resume/project list for more information regarding this opportunity
