Massillon, OH Urgent Care Physician Locum TenensRhino Medical is leading the charge seeking a Board Certified Physician to provide locum tenens coverage at a 10-bed Urgent Care center in Massillon, Ohio. This is a dynamic opportunity for a physician with urgent care, family medicine, or emergency medicine training who thrives in a fast-paced, patient-first environment.Opportunity Snapshot
  • Location: Massillon, Ohio
  • Facility Type: 10-bed Urgent Care Center
  • Contract Type: Locum Tenens / Travel
  • Start Date: ASAP – Ongoing Coverage
  • Schedule: 10:00 AM – 10:00 PM | 12-hour shifts | 7 days per week availability
Clinical Scope
Physician will provide a wide range of urgent care services, including:
  • Management of minor injuries (sprains, strains, lacerations, fractures)
  • Infectious disease diagnosis and treatment (flu, strep, respiratory illness, UTI)
  • Physicals (sports, DOT, employment, wellness exams)
  • Vaccinations and immunizations for all ages
  • Diagnostics: Onsite lab and X-ray available for efficient patient evaluation
Requirements
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Emergency Medicine
  • Active Ohio Medical License (or willing to obtain)
  • Current DEA License
  • Life Support Certifications: BLS, ACLS (PALS preferred)
  • Minimum 1 year of urgent care or emergency medicine experience preferred
