Our client, a mid-sized General Contractor based South of Boston is actively looking for a Superintendent to join their team and take the lead on large commercial and multifamily projects up to $65M throughout the Greater Boston area!Job Responsibilities:
  • Overseeing on-site daily project operations
  • Generating daily project reports
  • Ensuring projects are progressing and per schedule and in accordance with local building codes and laws
  • Ensures Safety codes/regulations are followed by laborers and staff

  • Holds a CSL
  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent leading projects (Ideally in the Multifamily space)
  • Experience utilizing construction software (Procore, Bluebeam)
  • Experience successfully overseeing ground up commercial/multifamily construction projects
